Spring Kaisen Don [$18.90]
Sushi Tei’s seasonal menu of Early Spring includes this Spring Kaisen Don, comprising of minced tuna, ikura, salmon and their seasonal special sakura ebi. Quite an interesting combination but for quality and value-for-money wise, this kaisen don certainly doesn’t rank very high on my list.

Available at all Sushi Tei outlets (can be found in many shopping malls).
